AI reverse-engineering exposure audit
Our entry engagement. We run the same AI-assisted tooling a copier would against the build you ship, then show you what came out and what to do about it.

What it is
Modern coding agents, with toolkits such as REA, can read a shipped application and explain how it works without the source code: the business rules computed on the client, every API the app calls, embedded keys and hostnames, and enough of the structure to rebuild a working copy.
The exposure audit measures that for your app. We take the artefact you give your users (a production URL, an APK or IPA, an installer) and work from it only, the way an outsider would. The result is a plain statement of what an attacker or a competitor can extract today, ranked by how much it would hurt you.
What we check
- What an agent recovers from your bundles and binaries: function names, control flow, pricing rules, limits, feature flags and validation logic.
- Your API surface as seen from the client: endpoints, request and response shapes, authentication flow and anything callable without the UI.
- Secrets and internal details left in the build: keys, tokens, internal hostnames, debug routes, source maps and verbose logging.
- How much of the product a copier could reconstruct, and how long it would take them with current tooling.
- Third-party and platform exposure: analytics keys, payment configuration, storage buckets and sign-in providers referenced from the client.
What you receive
- A written report: each finding with severity, where it lives in your build, the exact evidence (decompiled excerpt, captured request, extracted value) and what it lets an attacker do.
- An exposure summary for non-technical readers: what can be copied, what can be abused and what is already fine.
- A prioritised fix plan: what to move server-side, what to remove, what to harden and in which order.
- A read-out call with your team to walk through the findings and answer questions.
Typical timeline
1 to 2 weeks
From authorization to read-out, for one application on one platform.
Pricing
Quoted for your app
Discussed on a short call, then a fixed price in writing before anything starts. Request a quote
Who it's for
- Founders who want to know how exposed the product is before a launch, fundraise or acquisition conversation.
- Teams who ship logic to the client (pricing, scoring, limits, licensing) and want to know what it gives away.
- Anyone deciding whether to invest in hardening, and what to harden first.
Next step
Tell us about the app. We discuss scope and price on a short call, then send a fixed quote in writing.
We only test applications you own or are explicitly authorized to test.
How quoting works
Tell us about the app
Platform, roughly how big it is and what you are worried about. Two minutes on the form.
Scoping call
A short call with an engineer to agree what is in scope, what is out, and when. Pricing is discussed here.
Written proposal
A fixed price, timeline, deliverables and rules of engagement in writing. You sign, we schedule.
Common questions
What is an AI reverse-engineering exposure audit?
An assessment of what AI-assisted reverse engineering tools can recover from the build you ship: logic, endpoints, keys and how much of the product could be rebuilt. We work from your production build only, the way an outsider would, and report the evidence with a fix plan.
Do you need our source code?
No. The point is to see what an attacker sees, so we only use what your users get: the URL, the app package or the installer.
How is it different from a penetration test?
A pen test asks whether someone can break in. The exposure audit asks what someone can take and copy without breaking in at all. Many teams start with the audit and follow with a penetration test or hardening.

Thirty minutes with an engineer, not a sales deck. Tell us what you ship; we tell you what we'd look at first and what an audit would involve.
